**Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman with extensive knowledge of various architectural sheet metal products and systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced planning skills to ensure maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment. Responsibilities include reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Additionally, strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential. The role requires proficiency in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. The candidate must be able to represent the company professionally, promoting the organization positively and productively. Critical skills include problem identification and resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through, priority setting, and maintaining a sense of urgency in task completion. **Hard Skills** + Extensive knowledge of architectural sheet metal products and systems + Advanced planning skills + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, and regulations + Proficiency in arithmetic operations **Soft Skills** + Strong interpersonal skills + Oral and written communication skills + Problem identification and resolution + Multi-tasking + Follow-through + Priority setting + Sense of urgency **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Mankato, Minnesota. **Work Environment** The physical demands of this job include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, type, or feel, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, talking, and hearing. The employee is also required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
