**Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee the operations of sheet metal fabrication, installation, and duct work installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading prints and schematics to understand project guidelines and construction requirements. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the operations of sheet metal fabrication and installation. + Manage duct work installation processes. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project guidelines. + Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. + Coordinate with team members and other trades on-site to ensure project completion. **Essential Skills** + Experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation. + Proficiency in duct work and duct installation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Strong understanding of ventilation systems. + EPA certifications. + HVAC licenses. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a local company with a substantial number of projects and a steady workload.
