We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Foreman in Lubbock. The Sheet Metal Foreman will be responsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems. You will be working with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned Responsibilities:5+ years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.Must be able to do copper, solder, and operate a auto breakExperience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems.Experience in single-ply membrane systems.Supervisory or management experience is preferredMust be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneelingMust be able to climb a ladder 40'Must be able to work in the heat and sub-zero coldNo fear of heightsMust work well in a team environmentRequirements:Must be at least 18 years old 2+ years leading commercial roofing crewsValid US driver's licenseMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvyBilingual English/SpanishWorking Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
