**Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer** **Job Description** Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches or product specs to determine sequences and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing duct runs. Performing commercial service work on commercial properties. Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or using templates. Shaping metal materials over anvil, block and form, or straightening materials. Welding, soldering, bolting, riveting, screwing, clipping, caulking or bonding component parts to assemble products. Installing, repairing or replacing components on various air conditioner units, chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, and mini splits. Installing, altering, and repairing sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods for HVAC systems utilizing blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Installing, maintaining, and repairing fan, cabinet, and unit heaters.
