Job Description
We are seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our team for two industrial projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing ductwork, sheet metal, and rooftop units. This is a great opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in HVAC installation who are looking for long-term projects with potential for overtime.
ResponsibilitiesInstall ductwork and sheet metal on industrial projects.Layout and install sheet metal and/or duct systems.Read blueprints and interpret specifications to determine installation needs.Assist with the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment, including duct/sheet metal, rooftop units, curbs, louvers, and hangers.Maintain equipment in good working order and ensure timely maintenance.Follow all OSHA and TPMC safety standards.Offload deliveries and load trucks at job sites.Essential Skills5+ years of experience with installing louvers, setting rooftop equipment, rigging, ductwork/sheet metal.Experience setting curbs, hanging ducts, installing sheet metal, and setting rooftop units.Experience reading blueprints to determine installation sites for curbs, duct, sheet metal, and rooftop units.Own hand tools including wrench, pliers, chanel locks, vice grips, impact drill, 9/16ths sockets with impact adapter, screwdrivers.OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain before starting).Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
