**Sheet Metal Machine Operator** **Monday-Thursday 7 AM to 5 PM** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and set up machinery, including the Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch, brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders. The role involves producing precision components for cleanroom equipment, following engineering drawings and specifications. You will utilize software for efficient programming and nesting of parts, perform routine maintenance on machines, and collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. A commitment to precision, reliability, and quality craftsmanship is essential. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up machinery, including Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch, brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders. + Produce precision components for cleanroom equipment following engineering drawings and specifications. + Utilize software for efficient programming and nesting of parts. + Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality. + Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. + Uphold a commitment to precision, reliability, and quality craftsmanship. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a Machinist, preferably in a manufacturing setting. + Proficiency in operating Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch and brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders. + Experience with programming and nesting software. + Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. + Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues. + Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality products. + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with the person and Marry MAC software for programming and nesting. **Why Work Here?** Work with cutting-edge technology and machinery in a dynamic and innovative environment.
