Paid out after 90 days of employment. How are you successful in this role? Must have the knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction or repair of HVAC or ducting systems. The ability to use hand power tools such as tip snip, duct strapping device and drill motors. The skills to read and interpret installation, schematic arrangement, and detail drawings.
