**Join Our Team as a Structures Assembly Mechanic!** Are you passionate about aircraft structures and looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking experienced Structures Assembly Mechanics to join our team and perform essential structural re-work and repairs on 737 aircraft. **Description:** As a Structures Assembly Mechanic, you will install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components on 737 fuselage and join areas, and doors. You will work from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Your tasks will include removing and reinstalling fasteners, drilling holes to close tolerance, installing rivets and fasteners, repairing composite panels, and fabricating and installing doublers and triplers. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform structural re-work, repairs, and installs on 737 aircraft. + Remove and reinstall fasteners; drill holes to close tolerance. + Install rivets and fasteners of various types. + Repair composite panels and flight controls. + Fabricate and install doublers and triplers. **Qualifications** : + 4+ years drilling, reaming, riveting, countersinking to close tolerance in Aviation or Aerospace repair or manufacturing environment. + Must be eligible for re-hire at Boeing. **Training** : + 6-7 days of training in Wichita, KS or Renton, WA. + Includes Practice Plate Test, Computer Training, Electrical Bonding Testing, and Blueprint Reading Test. **Compensation Breakdown:** + up $52/hr total + Per Diem available for those who qualify **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
