Sheet Metal Technician
**Job Title: Sheet Metal Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Sheet Metal Technician, where you will work in a MRO overhaul facility specializing in flight controls, engine nacelles, thrust reversers, and radomes. You will perform tasks such as drilling, riveting, and working with various fasteners including hilocks and cherry rivets. **Responsibilities** + Drill and install fasteners + Shoot rivets and fabricate repairs + Work with both standard and blind fasteners + Understand and work with ED and close tolerance requirements **Essential Skills** + Experience with drilling fasteners + Ability to shoot rivets + Fabricating repair skills + Proficiency with standard and blind fasteners + Understanding of ED and close tolerance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have own tools (screwdrivers, box cutter, ratchet set, pliers, etc.) + At least 2 years of sheet metal experience + MRO experience is a huge plus **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health and well-being benefits, life insurance, savings and retirement plans, paid time off, recognition and incentives, and opportunities for learning and development. **Work Environment** Our facility is a 115,000 square foot space located minutes from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. It includes a clean room, machine shop, advanced tooling shop, two autoclaves, paint booths, and a state-of-the-art transmissivity range.
