What You Will Do: E ffectively managing and implementing a portfolio of projects aimed at optimizing warehouse flows and processes. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity through data analysis, project management methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Facilitate the execution of the project roadmap by creating and managing an integrated framework that aligns with the overall strategic vision of the department . + Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to enhance the safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity of F lows. + Manage and direct engineering projects ensuring timely execution and budget control. Supervise the activities of sub-contractors , suppliers, and service personnel. + Provide support, guidance, and assistance to Flows personnel as needed (coverage, digital champion, develop and deliver training as needed etc . ) + Champion continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations, leading and participating in performance optimization projects (including PDCA workshops) and collaborating with team to analyze, recommend, and implement cost-effective solutions that maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization . + Optimize warehouse operations by designing efficient layouts, implementing advanced technologies, and managing equipment projects.
