Shift Incharge - Copper Tube
Lead and manage the shift operations to ensure production targets are met within the defined quality and safety parameters Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment Oversee the scheduling and assignment of staff to optimize productivity and minimize overtime Monitor and analyze production and quality reports to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team to enhance their capabilities Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely product delivery Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Certification required Valid certification in Industrial Safety and Risk Management Leadership or Management certification is preferred Experience 8-13 years of experience in the Copper industry Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and team performance
