Shift Lead
A Shift Leader is a Team Member in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly during their shift. You’ll ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customer to visit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES + Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs + Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction + Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed + Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes + Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile + Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner + Train new Team Members on daily tasks + Balance cash draw and prepare deposit MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Must be legally eligible to work in the United States + Must be 18 years of age + Must have a source of reliable transportation + Previous quick service restaurant or supervisory experience + Serve-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS           Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation: + Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours. + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. + Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data. + Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
