Shift Lead

A Shift Leader is a Team Member in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly during their shift. You’ll ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customer to visit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needsMaintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfactionUphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as neededBe knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routesSolve customer complaints quickly and with a smileProvide feedback to Team Members in a positive mannerTrain new Team Members on daily tasksBalance cash draw and prepare depositMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years of ageMust have a source of reliable transportationPrevious quick service restaurant or supervisory experience Serve-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
