+ Working arrangement: 12 hours rotation shift (4 on, 4 off - 2 days/2 nights - 6 am-6pm/6pm-6 am)

**About the Role:**
+ As a CBRE Data Center Shift Lead, you will provide oversight over the team that performs advanced preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
+ This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
+ What You’ll Do:
+ Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. Provide holiday, training & sickness cover for other members of the shift team.
+ Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted.
+ Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed.
+ Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information. Present to management and key stakeholders.
+ Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
+ Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records.
+ Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with risk assessment.
+ Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
+ Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
+ Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
+ Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Journeyman/Electrician or HVAC license, required, and state and local licensures, where required. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Certificate III - Electrical & Valid Electrical License
+ Driver's license
+ Australian Citizen - NV1 Clearance
+ Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
