We are seeking a Laser Process Shift Lead or Junior Lead that are team players; have a strong work ethic, responsible for process operations, start up, shutdown and changeovers. Assist with process troubleshooting and machine maintenance as needed. Position awarded dependent on experience. Bonus Eligible 0-20% of Base Pay. Requirements Responsible for accurate production documentation and weld quality of the parts produced. Ability to pass a weld recognition assessment after training requirements are completed. Must have the ability to obtain a forklift operator license. This is a full time position. A High school diploma or GED; six months to a year of related experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
