Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Drive sales goals and resultsExecute restaurant standards and marketing initiativesManage cash over/short during shiftEnsure all products are prepared according to Brand standardsSkills and Qualifications:
Fluent in EnglishRestaurant, retail, or supervisory experienceMath and writing skillsBasic computer skillsAt least 18 years of age (where applicable)High School diploma or equivalent, preferredCompetencies:
