What will you do as a Shift Leader?

Assist with the day-to-day operation of our sports barsSupport and oversee the performance of our hourly staffEnsure smooth operations and provide an exceptional experience for our sports fansUtilize your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAdapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

Excellent communication, delegation, and time-management skillsStrong negotiation and mediation abilitiesProven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities2+ years of restaurant experience preferredHigh school diploma or GEDGeneral knowledge of a full-service restaurantAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information
