A Jimmy John's Shift Lead is responsible for providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

\n\nMakes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches\nComplies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures\nMust be able to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing times\nMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms etc.\nDeliver orders to guests in a 5 mile radius of store.\nGreets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customer and makes change\nExecutes genuine greetings and farewells\nTakes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets\nFills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity\nMaintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code\nDisplays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments\nPerforms other related duties as required\nOpen and closes shifts\n\n\n\n\n
