Dunkin in Jacksonville are seeking proactive Shift Leaders who will be accountable for the daily operational performance of the restaurant.

Shift Leader's Responsibilities:

Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service of the daily operationsCreating a proactive work environment for Dunkin' teamTraining, Coaching & Team BuildingEfficiently able to manage fast paced daily operationLead the Shift with efficient shift deployment
