Shift Leader
Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. **Responsibilities Include** **Team Environment** + Support a respectful team environment + Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members + Support the training of crew members as requested + Provide coaching and feedback to crew members **Operational Excellence** + Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant + Resolve guest issues + Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed + Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws **Profitability** + Drive sales goals and results + Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives + Manage cash over/short during shift + Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards **Skills/Qualifications** + Fluent in English + Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience + Math and writing skills + Basic computer skills + At least 18 years of age (where applicable) + High School diploma or equivalent, preferred **Competencies** **Guest Focus** + Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements + Develops and maintains guest relationships + Displays a sense of urgency with guests + Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through  Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process **Passion for Results** + Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model + Consistently meets or exceeds goals + Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others **Problem Solving and Decision Making** + Develops and maintains relationships with team + Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments **Company Introduction** Being a team member for Baskin Robbins is a very exciting and challenging job. Among the key responsibility is to ensure that every guest is satisfied and pleased with their experience. Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams. Team members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.
