Shift Leader
*Description:* As a Shift Leader, you will supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the leadership team in providing support and coaching employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests. You will lead your employees through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. This position operates under the direction of the Store Leader and directly manages a shift of employees. We're a brand on the rise, and we need great people as we write the next chapter of our story. *Summary Of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* *Profitability* Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers) Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections Receives inventory truck orders *Guest* Motivates and directs employees to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings Handles guest complaints effectively and in a timely manner *People* Provides coaching and feedback to employees to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities and raise restaurant performance Operations Sets an example for employees by working hard to implement shift plans and drive operational results Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines Motivates employees during the shift on each of the workstations Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement Ensures that the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards Attend/participate in weekly operational meetings led by the Restaurant Leader * * *Qualifications And Skills:* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant * * *Benefits* PTO 401k Low-cost Health insurance Dental/Vision insurance Free meals and discounts Daily pay options Uniforms Working vantage retail discount site Growth opportunities Company Introduction IT ALL STARTED 35 YEARS AGO WITH TWO GUYS DRIVEN BY HUNGER The year was 1982.
