*Description:* As a Shift Leader, you will supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the leadership team in providing support and coaching employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests. You will lead your employees through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. This position operates under the direction of the Store Leader and directly manages a shift of employees.
