Position Overview:

To support shift operations through the maintenance and repair of plant production equipment, support equipment, and facilities.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Maintain plant apparatus room, which includes air compressor, vacuum pumps, air dryer, cooling towers, circulating pumps, smog hog, and heat exchanger. Maintain plant production equipment including front end, washer, back end, and end line equipment. Maintain pumps in tank farm, both pneumatic and hydraulic. Maintain and repair bulk fluid delivery system. Perform required PM&R of waste treatment area. Fabricate parts for the repair of systems or equipment. Assist other areas as needed such as new equipment and installation. Perform repairs to building and grounds. Maintain and repair coolant filtration and delivery system. Maintain & repair building environmental controls and HVAC, such as fans, cooling/heating units, make-up air units. Keep accurate logs and records of work performed. Ensure proper operation of boiler. Maintain proper housekeeping in shop and other areas of work. Assist in other areas as needed to maintain a smooth flow of cans through the plant Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
