What will you do as a Shift Manager?

As a Shift Manager, you will inspire and support your team to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility and meet company goals. This includes providing positive leadership and constant coaching and training to your team to:

Accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest ordersCleanly and safely manage and prep foodClean and maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and premisesFollow Arby’s policies and proceduresUse computers, telephones, and other equipmentWork as a team to meet company goals and service standards in a fast-paced environmentCalmly resolve customer and employee issues

 

What qualifications do we require?

At least 18 years oldServSafe Certified or become ServSafe Certified before you finish instore trainingAbility to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidaysReliable and punctual attendanceAbility to occasionally lift to 50lbs.Satisfactory background checkDriver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving recordAbility to work independentlyDrive for personal and professional growth and successWillingness to work hard, have fun, and do what it takes to get it done!

 

What qualifications do we prefer?

High school diploma or equivalentExperience leading a diverse team in a restaurant
