Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working proceduresManage food and labor costs.Execute company policies and proceduresMonitor inventory levelsProvide proper training for team membersAnticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actionMaintain fast accurate service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations.Report directly to the Assistant and General Manager
