Successful Shift Managers are high energy, hardworking and eager to create memorable moments for every guest, every day. The day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring successful shifts, cash handling and verification, positioning Crew Members in beneficial positions, task assignment, customer service, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/grill, and more. We know our team is essential to the day-to-day operations and making sure that our guests leave happy and satisfied.

Requirements:
+ At least 1 year of either McDonald’s Shift Manager experience OR of verifiable QSR Shift Manager experience.
+ Open Availability, Current Manager's ServSafe Certificate.
+ Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
+ Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
+ Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
