Minimum requirements:
Matric Red Seal certification as a Qualified Electrician or Electrical Millwright 3 years' experience in a hands-on role involving maintenance, fault detection and repairs in a similar industry would be highly beneficial  Valid driver’s license Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational tasks, managing the entire packing process from sorting to final packaging Supervise the maintenance crew to ensure continuous machinery functionality and overall packhouse performance Perform electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs Maintain infrastructure, including all electrical, plumbing and general maintenance for both the packhouse and office spaces Ensure smooth shift coordination, especially for the pre-sorting and packing operations
