Job Description:
Are you a night owl who loves leading a team and ensuring guests have a fantastic experience? McDonald’s is looking for a friendly and dedicated Swing Manager & Late-Night Coordinator to oversee our overnight operations. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for leadership, we’d love to have you on board! Weekend availability and the ability to work late-night shifts are required.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead Late-Night Operations: Guide our overnight team to prepare and serve delicious menu items efficiently.
+ Manage Shifts: Keep things running smoothly during late-night hours, ensuring top-notch service and cleanliness.
+ Oversee Maintenance and Cleanliness: Make sure all planned maintenance and sanitation routines are completed, keeping our restaurant sparkling clean.
+ Motivate the Team: Encourage and support your team members, creating a positive and fun work environment.
+ Ensure Quality and Safety: Follow food safety guidelines to provide our guests with safe and tasty meals.
+ Plan and Organize: Manage inventory for late-night operations and prepare for busy times to delight our guests.
+ Deliver Great Service: Interact with guests to ensure they’re happy and address any concerns promptly.
