The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally’s Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company’s casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The RoleResponsibilities Manages, coordinates and monitors all activities of the cage operation during their assigned shift. Performs all duties and operating procedures as all department cashiers and supervisors. Supervises overall staff performance as it pertains to cage departmental procedures and compliance with Video Lottery and Table Game Regulations on assigned shift. Monitors and accounts for all overtime in the cage department. Accountable for accuracy and confidentiality of records. Reviews and investigates all departmental variances in a timely manner. Performs all administrative duties necessary for the efficient operation of the shift. Oversees schedules for cage department employees. Responsible for enforcing operating procedures for cage department and support staff. Ensures all accurate recordkeeping for assigned shift. Practices, observes and enforces safety rules and regulations while looking out for the welfare of the employees and customers. Maintains departmental personnel records and daily log. Ensures that customer service standards are exceeded at all times and that all operations personnel are committed to excellence in the performance of their assigned duties. Ensures accurate and efficient cashier openings and closings on their assigned shift. Responsible for the timely implementation of all procedural changes. Recommends remedial training for cashiers in both customer service and technical areas as necessary. Prepares annual appraisals of Cage Department personnel and ensures timely issuance. Ensures that all equipment is in good working order and good repair. Implements and evaluates new programs designed to improve daily operations. Interacts with employees during their assigned shift to ensure that the team is always pleasant while being efficient and effective. Acts within scope of authority and consistent with company and corporate objectives, guidelines, policies and practices. Interviews, selects, hires and retains superior employees Coaches, and counsels subordinate employees Oversees and ensures the timely completion of employee evaluations Conducts training with subordinates, both formally and informally Issues discipline and terminates employees as appropriate Rewards and recognizes superior performers Oversees and ensures that employees work safely and follow all safety rules Exercises considerable judgement in determining priorities, managing projects and assignments, delegating work, and overall accomplishment of goals and tasks. Manages departmental budget, maximizing revenue and controlling expenses as appropriate Manages payroll and labor costs Maintains relevant records and oversees the maintenance of records as appropriate for the department Develops and implements strategic goals, objectives and business plans for the department Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry and competition Ensures effective communication within the department and company Establishes and implements customer service standards Holds subordinates accountable for established performance expectations Motivates and develops staff; provides advice and guidance as appropriate Additional FunctionsPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications 3 – 5 years management experience required, preferably in a casino cage High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required, college preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software. Must possess superior customer service and leadership skills Must possess superior written and oral communication skills Must be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations Must present an overall professional appearance Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as scheduled Must be able to successfully pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task.
