What You’ll Do As a Shift Manager, you will: + Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. + Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts, focusing on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. + Plan, monitor, and adjust operations to meet McDonald’s standards and goals. + Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout your shift. + Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions. + Support assigned Departments by helping meet team goals and targets.
