Registered Nurse LaSante Health Center is seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift Manager/RN to join our team. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and coordinating the activities of medical assistants and other nursing staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in healthcare, and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Responsibilities: + Manage workflow, optimizin g patient flow and minimizing wait times. + Coordinate communication among staff for smooth operations. + Oversee medical supply inventory and restocking. + Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. + Support medical providers during patient care. + Assist in recruiting and conducting staff reviews. + Organize training sessions for staff development + Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor Qualifications: + Must be a certified Registered Nurse in NYS + Managing experience + Primary care experience
