Join our dynamic team as a Shift Runner or Assistant Manager in New Haven, United States! We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to help lead our operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality serviceLead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environmentManage inventory, place orders, and maintain accurate stock levelsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing new team membersEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with upper management to implement new strategies and improve store performanceManage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial recordsCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet business needsParticipate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and customer service

QualificationsProven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a teamExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsDetail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills for inventory and financial managementProficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license and clean driving recordKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentStrong conflict resolution skills to handle customer and team member issues effectivelyRestaurant or retail management experience preferredFood safety certification is a plus
