Shift Supervisor
Shift Supervisor

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun!

Under the direct supervision of exempt management, Shift Supervisors are introduced to various management responsibilities with the potential goal of sufficient leadership growth to support promotion to a management position. Shift Supervisors receive on-the-job training for specific but isolated management tasks and shift responsibilities.
