本岗位是一个倒班职位，负责带领班组成员操作运行4套A3000的空分装置。本岗位主要负责当班生产，确保按照生产计划保证气体和液体产品的供应；负责工厂的停开车和应急响应；确保当班生产工作安全稳定高效；认真执行安全检查和现场巡检工作；协助维修工程师开展预防性维修工作；执行主管安排的工作分工。
