This opportunity is available at our program located on Valentine Ave in Bronx, NY.
The Shift Supervisor will monitor and ensure that active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities ensuring safety and the respect of the individual’s rights.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all Direct Support Professional on shift.Responsible for overall functioning of the facility during the absence of the Program Director and Assistant Program DirectorResponsible for the physical condition of the residence and agency vehicles; ensuring they are maintained in a safe and sanitary conditionResponsible for client and agency funds and expenditures during shift.Ensure appropriate follow-up to medication administration during shifts and after individual medical appointmentsQualifications Associates Degree preferred , Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of three years experience in MR/DD or related fieldAMAP trained, SCIP-R trained, CPR & First AID TrainedValid NYS driver’s license
