Miller Brothers Staffing is actively seeking a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Greenville PA.

2nd shift - 3pm-11pm M-F

Pay - $25 plus based off experience 

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This role involves supervising and coordinating production activities, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of production lines, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Provide leadership and direction to production staff, including training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing organization’s standards and ensuring all staff are equipped with necessary safety gear and knowledge. Work with other shift supervisors and management to optimize production processes. Control resources, including raw materials, components, and manpower, to meet production targets. Address and resolve personnel problems, disputes, and scheduling issues. Ensure all production documentation, such as reports and logs, are maintained and updated. Assist in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a manufacturing production position. Supervisory or Leadman experience is a plus. Working knowledge of production processes currently used at the facility. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams under potentially stressful conditions.
