What You'll Do: Oversee shift operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production flow. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills. Collaborate with safety and quality teams to optimize performance. Take ownership of shift reports, documentation, and production records. What You Bring: 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in cement manufacturing or blast furnace operations. A strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
