✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Shift Supervisor at Lava Heights Academy in Toquerville, Utah✨   Lava Heights Academy a residential treatment program provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.    Pay: $52,000 per year, depending on experience.   Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2   What you will do: A Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Program Director. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.   To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting. ~ Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program~ Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects ~ Staff must complete Operations, Treatment and Human Resources Essential Subject Training within 6 months of placement in the position ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Have a HS Diploma – Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.   Schedule: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift).   Long Week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday  Short Week: Wednesday, Thursday      Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!   After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
