**Shift Team Lead** **Location: Belvidere, NJ** **Onsite** As a **Shift Team Lead** , you’ll be responsible for improving business performance of the Formulations Department through increasing employees’ skill sets. You will also be responsible for building capability of Formulation personnel; Implement best practices to support continuous value generation; Identify performance gaps under minimal supervision and design interventions to address those gaps; Ensure training requirements are met and the Formulations Team is in compliance.
