Shift Team Leader

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

1. Ensures completion of tasks in an effective and efficient way according to agreed objectives, budget, procedures and specification; provides reporting as required.
2. Creates and maintains an inclusive working environment through appropriate actions and behaviors.
3. Resolves or/and escalates conflict and provides solutions and executes corrective actions.
4. Supports and maintains CI initiatives.
5. Carries out performance monitoring of team members on shift.
6. Attends operational meetings as assigned.
7. Communicates, engages and develops team members to enable them to maximise their contribution to the section's performance.
8. Accountable for legal/ HACCP compliance across health and safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX (in-house operational excellence programme).
9. Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and service to the customer.
