Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

About the role

The Shipboard Executive Chef plays a vital role in the culinary leadership of the yacht, contributing to strategic and operational decisions regarding all food and beverage operations. This position oversees the culinary offerings across various dining venues, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-suite dining, stewarding, and crew dining areas.

What you will do

The Executive Chef's primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional food quality and service while leading, mentoring, and developing the culinary team through a heart-centered leadership approach. Collaboration with the Yacht’s General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and Restaurant Manager is essential for creating and implementing innovative culinary concepts, managing budgets, and upholding the highest standards of service and hygiene.

What you bring

A Hospitality Management Degree is preferred, however not mandatory, with relevant experience in Leadership Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts, food and beverage management / admin, food safety certification, or related areas are considered ideal.

Minimum of 7-10 years in culinary, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management role as an Executive Chef. Proven experience in luxury yacht/cruise line operations is preferred.

Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence are required. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential. Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems is a must.  Michelin Star restaurant or hotel experience is considered ideal.

Schedule & Hours:

•  Ideally the candidate will already hold a valid US work authorization to start pre-opening operations in the Miami Yacht Office. This position will then move to the Ancona, Italy shipyard in September 2025 until the launch of the Yacht in late 2025, at which time they will live and work onboard.
