Shipment Tracking Representative (Network Monitoring) - Tampa, FL - Saturday - Wednesday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Monitor the daily performance of the logistics network to ensure all ground routes, shuttles and air shipments are running according to schedule. When necessary, proactively develop contingency plans and communicate /coordinate execution of plans with Regions, Quest Air, and Contracted services to make adjustments to minimize the overall impact to the system.
Pay Range: $17.82+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Monitor logistics routes, both internal and external, that feed either Quest Air, commercial air, or any other system critical ground relays. Monitor logistics shipments, including charter, commercial and Quest Air to ensure they are transported as planned. Communicate with Quest Air, local logistics team, contracted service providers, and the testing laboratory to alert them of any possible issues/delays and coordinate adjustment of the logistics system as needed. Tracks the overall performance of the network looking for areas of improvement and/or system redesign. Daily, monthly & quarterly reporting of service, productivity & quality metrics. Support and coordinate with other central operations and air operations management (Dispatch, route optimization, six sigma). Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning information and data received.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations
Preferred Work Experience:
Experience with Pickup & Delivery operations desired Route design and air / ground operations experience desiredPhysical and Mental Requirements:
