Job Summary: Shipping Specialist responsible for managing international shipments, utilizing various shipping software, and ensuring timely and safe packaging of finished goods.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years related international shipping experience Experience processing shipments using UPS WorldShip, Fed-Ex Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship Professional Experience with MS Office Experience with Automated Export System (AES) and completing Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLIs) and commercial invoices Must be able to lift 50 lbs Knowledge in all areas of shipping functions

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge and experience with export shipments Experience or training in hazardous materials shipping Familiarity with various packaging techniques

Responsibilities:

Manage international shipments Process shipments using various shipping software and systems Complete AES entries, SLIs, and commercial invoices Package and ship finished goods in a timely and safe manner Ensure adherence to all shipping regulations and requirements Maintain detailed records of all shipping activities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
