**Shipping and Receiving Associate -- Multiple Shifts Open -- Weekly Pay** **Pay: $22 - $24 per hour** **The primary responsibility of the Shipper is to accurately pick, count, and pack parts for shipment to our customers. This is the first step in a progressive line of shipping positions, enabling employees to move into higher-level positions as they gain experience and acquire additional skills. Responsibilities include operating a variety of material handling and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Shipper will also be expected to maintain appropriate housekeeping and safety standards.** **Responsibilities** + Accurately pick, count, pack, and load parts for shipment. + Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, hand and banding tools, and saws in a safe and efficient manner. + Respond positively to the direction of a shift supervisor or lead, participating in departmental or cell team functions. + Maintain housekeeping in the area. + Observe all safety rules according to company standards. + Understand and comply with department quality procedures. + Read order pick lists and recognize major parts by sight (e.g., tires, gearbox, pipe). + Work varying shifts as required for business needs. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in forklift, shipping & receiving, order picking (Sit Down and Stand Up). + 2+ years of experience in picking and packing. + Experience in crane operation and overhead crane. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employer-paid life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability. Third Shift: Sunday - Thursday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (10 hours, 5 days) plus overtime on Saturday (4-10 hours). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.34 - $24.34/hr.
