Shipping and Receiving Associate Pay: $22 - $24 per hour

Description: If you're looking for a shipping and receiving job and have experience in picking, counting, and packing parts, then this is the position for you! A leading company is looking for material handlers to join the team and accurately pick, count, and pack parts for shipment to our customers. The company is looking for candidates to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, count, pack, and load parts for shipment.Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, hand and banding tools, and saws in a safe and efficient manner.Respond positively to the direction of a shift supervisor or lead, participating in departmental or cell team functions.Maintain housekeeping in the area.Observe all safety rules according to company standards.Understand and comply with department quality procedures.Read order pick lists and recognize major parts by sight (e.g., tires, gearbox, pipe).Work varying shifts as required for business needs.

Essential Skills:

2+ years of experience in forklift, shipping & receiving, order picking (Sit Down and Stand Up).2+ years of experience in picking and packing.Experience in crane operation and overhead crane.

Shifts:

First Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10 hours, 5 days) plus overtime on Saturday (4-10 hours).Third Shift: Sunday - Thursday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (10 hours, 5 days) plus overtime on Saturday (4-10 hours).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.34 - $24.34/hr.
