**Job Title: Shipper and Receiver** **Job Description** Join our team as a Shipper and Receiver, where you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations. Our company specializes in scaffolding services and mechanical insulation. You will be coordinating with the project manager to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse operations at our Richmond facility. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate with the onsite team around inventory + Operate forklifts + Handle shipping and receiving tasks + Utilize inventory management systems + Lift up to 50 lbs as required **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse + 1+ year of forklift experience + Experience with shipping and receiving + Excellent written and spoken English communication + Experience with inventory control + Proficient in using ERP systems + Experience with pallet jacks, receivers, picking, and RF scanners **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse management experience (nice to have) **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to join the union after a probationary period of 520 hours, with the potential for career advancement into a warehouse manager role.
