The Shipper position involves assisting with a variety of tasks across different departments. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as you will be handling multiple duties including preparing shipments, packaging, and maintaining inventory.

Work Environment and Pay
You will work between receiving, shipping, inventory/racking, and machine operation areas, moving around the plant as needed. The facility is new and clean with a brand new automated paint line system. Note that smoking is not allowed on site. The role involves working with a team and independently across various departments. Required attire includes steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and appropriate clothing without holes or tears. The environment is climate-controlled but can get hot during summer months, with a moderate noise level. The shift is Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with overtime shifts from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Be prepared for 12-hour shifts and working overtime for the next 6 months, including 4 Saturdays per year. Pay Starts at 20.12/hr
