Your Role:

Perform a wide variety of tasks related to shipping and receiving materials, supplies, and equipment.Transact incoming items and verify for accuracy.Operate forklifts and box trucks to move materials.Prepare and maintain records of shipped items.Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for shipment.Utilize PC and material/production/distribution/barcoding software.Performs various ERP and other computer tasks.Transacts and moves material from off-site warehouse to main plant as needed.Train new operator(s) on Shipping/Receiving processes with high proficiency.Maintain efficiency through effective communication techniques.Analyze data to identify and improve efficiency trends.Coordinate daily workloads to prevent disruptions to production.Review reports for LPNs, Min/Max, Aging reports, Shortage reports, and Expiring Inventory reports. Take prompt actions on items based on these reports.Investigate/escalate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues.Cooperate and communicate with cross functional teams to ensure that scheduled target is met.Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance.Participates in process improvement projects/workshop.Operate a Box Truck and Powered Industrial Trucks. Adheres to company Environmental Health and Safety procedures.Meet output and targets set by supervisor/manager.B Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.Valid Driver’s License.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).2 years of warehouse experience. Forklift experience.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
