Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Shipping/Receiving/Material Control for warehouse functionsPhysical movement of all material coming into or leaving the building Packaging of finished productArranging carrier pick-ups (LTL/FedEx/UPS/DHCompleting domestic and international shipping documentationWork closely with trade compliance to ensure export shipments are processed accordinglyShipment of dangerous goods requires certificationUtilizing fork truck for material movementEnsuring all electronic transactions are appropriately recorded in ERP systemAbility to lift objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisValid driver’s licenseComply with all company safety policiesDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees)Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent1-4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment; preferably manufacturingAbility to operate materials handling equipment including a forkliftJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsComputer Experience required including a working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, OutlookKnowledge of continuous improvementAbility to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitudeExperience with ERP systems; preferably IFSFamiliarity with software programs used on the job (carrier: FedEx, UPS, and DHL), preferredExperience in material control within an electronics manufacturing environment, preferredSupervisory Responsibilities:
