Summary: Seeking a Shipper - Receiver with experience in inventory tracking systems, warehouse activities and capable of performing multiple functions daily.

Requirements:

High school diploma

A minimum of 1-year related experience

Familiarity with inventory tracking systems

Understanding of warehouse activities

Computer skills required

Responsibilities:

Perform daily receipt of incoming materials at all levels

Conduct shipments as needed

Post all transactions into material tracking system

Prepare and pack orders for both domestic and international shipments as needed

Assemble orders; check against shipping or customer order, report shortages and incomplete orders

Operate standard manual and automatic equipment, such as electronic scales, foam machine, paper cutter and automatic bagger

Receive and unpack materials and supplies

Complete receiving reports specified in standard procedures

Perform weekly cycle counts for production Kanban's and stockroom. Reconcile any discrepancies

Move or expedite material to proper department or storage location

Preferred Skills:

-Some knowledge of UPS and FEDEX software

-Crosstraining in all functions of the Material's group

-Full understanding of product tracking

-Capability to lift heavy objects.
