**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Associate **Location:** Franklin, WI **Hourly Rate:** $21/hour **Hours:** 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday - Friday **Duration:** 3-month temporary assignment **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Franklin, WI, for a 3-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. **Responsibilities:** - Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders - Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling - Maintain organized inventory and warehouse records - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines - Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures **Requirements:** - Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping software - Reliable transportation to Franklin, WI, and flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts We look forward to reviewing your application! **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
